The deadline for registration and payment has passed.
Fees include an invitation to the evening reception on Monday 12th June, tea, coffee and sandwich lunch throughout the conference and an abstract booklet.

*Students will need to produce proof of student status when collecting conference packs at the conference.
**The conference dinner on the evening of the 14th June will be a standing buffet with cash bar and limited to 150 places. We regret that we are unable to offer places to non-registered participants due to limited space.
Please note: Your registration is only complete once we have received full payment via our secure payment site or by bank transfer. If you have registered and not yet paid your place may be taken by someone who pays in full. There are limitations on the numbers of posters we can accept so please submit as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Payment must be made by 1st May 2006.
During registration you will be asked for an email address and password which you will need later to submit an abstract or change your registration details.

After registration you will be directed to our secure online payment site at HSBC where you can pay by credit or debit card. Alternative instructions are provided for payment by bank transfer. Upon successful registration and online payment you will receive confirmation emails.
VAT at the local rate of 17.5% is included in the registration fee for the conference. Charges will be made to your bank account or on your credit or debit card in sterling equivalent using prevailing exchange rates. Payment will be taken by ENSIS Ltd. The fee payable does not include any additional charges that your bank may charge for transfer or credit card payment and such charges must be paid in addition to the fee payable.

HOLIVAR2006 (supported by IGBP-PAGES) are offering a limited number of bursaries to provide partial support towards travel and accommodation. Priority will be given to fund delegates from developing countries and will be allocated on a merit basis. Bursaries will only be awarded to delegates presenting posters. Registration fees will be waived for those awarded a bursary.
The closing date for applications has now passed.
Cancellations will be accepted up until 1st May, 2006. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your registration reference (e.g. HOLIVAR2006/BLOGGS/012). Refunds will be made minus a 10% handling charge.
Please avoid the need for cancellations by registering only when you are sure you can attend – registration is open until 1st May, 2006.
